Policies & Conditions
Booking
All services are by appointment only.
A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and complete any forms.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time out of respect for the next client.
The full service fee will still apply.
Health & Safety
Please disclose all medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries prior to your session.
Certain services have contraindications and may not be suitable for everyone.
If you are sick, please reschedule. Services will not be performed on clients with contagious conditions.
Draping Policy
Professional draping is required at all times during massage therapy. Only the area being worked on will be undraped.
Professional Conduct – No Sexual Advances
Any inappropriate behavior, sexual advances, or requests will not be tolerated.
The session will be terminated immediately, full payment will be required, and you may be permanently banned from booking future appointments.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted forms: cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment (please confirm which methods you’d like displayed).
Tips are appreciated but never required.
Refunds & Products
All service sales are final.
Retail product returns may be accepted if unopened and unused, within 14 days of purchase.
Media & Social Content (Optional)
With your consent, photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes.
Participation is always voluntary and will never affect your service.
