How do I book an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us serve all clients efficiently and ensures availability for everyone. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is collected at the time of your appointment through our secure Square payment system.
What should I wear to my appointment?
For massage sessions, you will undress to your comfort level and be professionally draped at all times. For facials, wear comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting near skincare products. For craniosacral therapy, you remain fully clothed, so wear soft, loose-fitting clothing for maximum comfort.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to settle in, use the restroom, and discuss any concerns with your therapist before your session begins. If this is your first visit, arriving 10 minutes early gives us time for a thorough intake consultation.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates are available for any service or dollar amount. They make a wonderful gift for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, or any occasion. Contact us by phone, email, or through the form above to purchase a gift certificate.
Is parking available at your location?
Yes, free parking is available directly in front of our studio at 12995 S Cleveland Ave, Suite 30, Fort Myers. The location is easy to find and conveniently accessible from all major roads in the Fort Myers area.
Do you accept insurance or HSA/FSA cards?
We do not bill insurance directly. However, many HSA and FSA cards can be used for massage therapy when prescribed by a physician. We can provide a receipt with the appropriate codes for you to submit to your insurance or HSA/FSA provider for potential reimbursement.
What areas do you serve for mobile massage?
Our mobile massage service covers Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Lehigh Acres, San Carlos Park, Gateway, and Fort Myers Beach. A small travel fee may apply depending on your location and will always be discussed upfront before booking. For locations outside this area, contact us to discuss availability.
Can I request a specific pressure level?
Absolutely. Your comfort guides every session. During your initial assessment, your therapist will discuss your pressure preferences and adjust throughout the treatment as needed. You are always welcome to communicate during the session if you want more or less pressure at any time.
